Communication via WhatsApp
For communication with our customers and other third parties, we use the instant messaging service WhatsApp, among others. The provider is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland.
Communication takes place via end-to-end encryption (peer-to-peer), which prevents WhatsApp or other third parties from gaining access to the communication content. However, WhatsApp does have access to metadata generated during the communication process (e.g. sender, recipient and time). We would also like to point out that WhatsApp, by its own account, shares personal data of its users with its US-based parent company Meta. Further details on data processing can be found in WhatsApp's privacy policy at: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/#privacy-policy.
The use of WhatsApp is based on our legitimate interest in communicating with customers, prospects and other business and contractual partners as quickly and effectively as possible (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). Where corresponding consent has been requested, data processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of that consent; it can be revoked at any time with effect for the future.
The communication content exchanged between you and us on WhatsApp remains with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage ceases to apply (e.g. after your enquiry has been fully processed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
The company is certified under the "EU-US Data Privacy Framework" (DPF). The DPF is an agreement between the European Union and the USA intended to ensure compliance with European data protection standards in data processing in the USA. Every company certified under the DPF commits to complying with these data protection standards. For further information, please refer to the provider at the following link: https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/participant/7735.

The entered data is used for planning, conducting and, where applicable, following up on the appointment. The data you enter remains with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage ceases to apply. Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in making appointment scheduling with prospects and customers as uncomplicated as possible. Where corresponding consent has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG, insofar as the consent covers the storage of cookies or access to information on the user's device (e.g. for device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TDDDG. Consent can be revoked at any time.

This is a contract required by data protection law which ensures that the provider processes the personal data of our website visitors only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

The processing of data required for appointment booking is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR for the implementation of pre-contractual measures or for the performance of a contract. Where details contain health data, an additional legal basis under Art. 9 GDPR is required.

5. Analytics tools and advertising
Cloudflare Web Analytics
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a statistics service provided by Cloudflare Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. It allows us to evaluate in aggregated form how our website is used, e.g. which pages are visited, which pages visitors come from (referrer), which browsers, operating systems and device types are used, which country the access comes from and how quickly the pages load.
According to Cloudflare, Cloudflare Web Analytics does not set cookies, does not use local storage in your browser and does not create user profiles or use fingerprinting. Your IP address is not stored for analytics purposes. We are unable to attribute the data to individual persons.
It is used on the basis of our legitimate interest in the statistical evaluation and improvement of our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Further information is available at: https://www.cloudflare.com/web-analytics/ and in Cloudflare's privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/. The information on data transfers to the USA and on data processing in the "Cloudflare" section under point 2 applies accordingly.
Google Ads
We place advertisements via Google Ads, an online advertising programme of Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The ads are displayed in Google Search or in Google's advertising network, e.g. when users enter certain search terms. The selection and delivery of the ads and the related processing of user data are carried out by Google under its own responsibility; information on this can be found in Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
We do not use any Google Ads functions on this website itself: no Google tags, conversion tracking, remarketing or Google cookies are used. We only receive aggregated statistics on our ads from Google (e.g. number of impressions and clicks), which do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about individual persons. If you click on one of our ads, the address opened may contain a technical identifier parameter from Google, which we do not evaluate.
Should we use conversion tracking or similar functions on this website in the future, we will obtain your consent in advance and update this privacy policy accordingly.
6. Plugins and tools

For a consistent appearance, this website uses fonts (including Inter and Montserrat) that are hosted locally on our own web space or delivered via our host Cloudflare. No connection to servers of Google or other third parties is established when a page is loaded; no data is transmitted to third parties in this respect.
